Planner/Materials Coordinator

Job Description

Graber Manufacturing, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Planner/Materials Coordinator to enhance the productivity of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in production planning and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Sage 100 for efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop and maintain production schedules.
• Utilize Sage 100 for material planning and coordination based on production requirements.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization to meet production goals.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels using Sage 100.
• Implement inventory control strategies for cost reduction and product availability.
• Generate reports within Sage 100 to track key inventory metrics.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries as per production schedules.
• Resolve issues affecting production timelines by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Optimize production efficiency through cross-functional team collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other pertinent information.
• Generate regular reports within Sage 100 on production and inventory KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proficient in Sage 100 for effective inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on enhancing production efficiency.

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
