EVV Issues Focused Skills Trainer

Tempus Unlimited Inc. is seeking an EVV Issue Focused Skills Trainer for our Personal Care Management Service in Boston and surrounding areas. This role involves providing functional skills training with a focus on EVV support to PCA consumers. The ideal candidate will have experience in PCM, skills training, and a strong commitment to consumer empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support for EVV compliance.
• Deliver issue-focused EVV functional skills training within specified timelines.
• Assist consumers and surrogates in understanding EVV processes and requirements.
• Work closely with the PCM management team to ensure quality services and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to program policies and regulations.
• Travel within the assigned service area to deliver in-person training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years working with persons with disabilities.
• Knowledge of PCA programs and community resources.
• Experience or education in skills training is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
