As a Direct Support Professional Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives daily. In this role, you'll assist individuals in their personal care, support them in achieving developmental goals, and help them participate in community activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and support to individuals with behavioral and complex needs.
• Help individuals with budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and other developmental goals.
• Create meaningful relationships and ensure a nurturing environment for the people you serve.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
