Position: Help Desk Technician

About the role: As an integral part of the Information Technology Team, the Help Desk Technician provides desk side support for computer software products, hardware malfunctions, and technical issues. Additionally, they assist with the maintenance of computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user hardware, software, and network needs.
  • Configure and maintain user accounts, email, and system access.
  • Install, test, and track new equipment and software.
  • Assist in server maintenance, network setup, and data backup.
  • Educate employees on computer-related skills.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of professional IT experience.
  • Knowledge of PC networks, software/hardware maintenance, Active Directory, VPN, and more.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
