Job Description

Humble Fashion LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to oversee people operations for our Headquarters and retail store locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, employee engagement, and related projects, ensuring best-in-class HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze staffing needs and manage recruiting, attracting, hiring, and onboarding for HQ and retail store locations.
  • Develop and deliver training curriculum, update employee handbook and retail training manual, and provide internal communication for employee relations.
  • Maintain employee records and files, manage HRIS system and payroll data, and review bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and timeliness alongside Payroll Accountant.
  • Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, performance review compensation analysis, and ensure compliance with human resource federal and state requirements.

Requirements

  • Superb written and spoken communication skills, interpersonal relationship-building, and employee coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS, such as Paylocity experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field, or extensive prior experience in human resources.
  • 3-5 years of progressive human resources positions, 2+ years' experience with HRIS (Paylocity experience preferred), specialized training in employment law, compensation, organization development, and general knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
