Job Description

LC Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a leading building products supply company. If you have a passion for helping customers, excellent communication skills, and a desire to advance your sales career, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay: $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Collect and understand customer needs and design requirements either in person or via phone.
• Act as a crucial link between various departments and customers to ensure seamless communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, handle complaints, and organize deliveries efficiently.
• Generate sales opportunities by researching client needs and promoting the company's product features.
• Provide technical support to drafting and engineering teams as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in the building material industry with comprehensive product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently.
