Job Description
Choctaw Staffing Solutions is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Programs. This position involves providing professional services in human performance and behavioral health to enhance the resilience of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Warriors and their families. The LCSW will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with military personnel and commanders.
Qualifications
- Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice social work.
- Minimum of two years' experience in clinical social work.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
The LCSW will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate medical records. Additionally, they will participate in military-specific training activities and may supervise unlicensed providers or trainees.
Desired Skills
- Prior military or SOF experience.
- Experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required.
