Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Member Advisor to join Hoosier Hills Credit Union. As a Member Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our members by offering them appropriate products and services to meet their financial needs. You will be responsible for building and enhancing member relationships through personalized consultations, cross-selling, and account services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members in line with the Credit Union's Service Promises.
• Identify and fulfill member needs by recommending suitable products and services.
• Act as a trusted resource by showcasing a strong knowledge of HHCU's offerings and maintaining member focus.
• Perform account maintenance, lending, and banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the membership experience and achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of retail delivery products and credit union services.
• Experience in sales and service performance.
• Ability to analyze data and establish positive working relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience with customer interactions preferred.

Work Environment

• Normal physical mobility and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Works in a typical administrative setting with standard climate control.
