Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Banker I, Bilingual to join Field & Main Bank. In this role, you will provide basic cash receipt and payment services to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English, able to translate statements between the languages accurately.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret statements between English and Spanish.
• Handle cash and checks for deposits accurately.
• Identify counterfeit currency and adhere to banking regulations.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
