Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Active CPR certification
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations governing practice
- Acute care experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing personnel on shift
- Participate in recruitment and orientation of new staff
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Ensure quality care through proper documentation and follow physician orders
- Attend meetings and contribute to policy and procedure development
- Maintain a safe and secure medical environment
Supplemental Salary
- $2 Shift Differential for Nights
