Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires NA Manufacturing, Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance tasks on industrial equipment utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) such as Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Diagnosing and repairing AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Conducting troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Working night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a technical school.
• Minimum of five years of mechanical and electrical experience.
• Proficiency in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.

Experience & Education

• Minimum of 4 years in industrial equipment maintenance.
