Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are hiring a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a crucial part of our operations, you will utilize advanced reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending issues, and ensure minimal downtime for maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize advanced technologies like infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis and Pdm certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
