Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production cost management in CADIOS - fluency in Japanese is essential.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify post-completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing labor and cost budgets.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Lead by example in executing all job duties effectively.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 10 years' experience in cost accounting/cost management; CPA certification preferred; SAP S4 HANA experience advantageous.

Requirements:

• 6 years' experience in cost accounting and management.
