Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for cost accounting, managing production costs, and collaborating with Japan. Japanese fluency is a must for this role. Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and analyze material transactions.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for managing production costs.
• Direct Fixed Asset inventory and assist in ROI analysis on new projects.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA certification preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
