Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. The position involves providing nursing care to patients in compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols. The ideal candidate will collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Assess patients for changes that may hinder recovery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Provide a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience specific to Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required or to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
Unit Details
The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers state-of-the-art facilities with 29 private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod. The department is equipped with the latest CT Scanner for early diagnosis of various conditions.
