NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment and day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols. Your duties will include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare team members, maintaining clinical competency, and ensuring a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including private treatment rooms, advanced technology, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
