JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room will involve day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
