Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients according to protocols and guidelines. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
