NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with regulations and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, assessing patient needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining clinical competency for quality care delivery. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, holds a current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or a Compact State, has 2 years of Nursing Experience specific to Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience, BLS certification, and ACLS and PALS certifications within specific timeframes. Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred. You will work in our state-of-the-art Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center, providing care in a modern and well-equipped environment that prioritizes patient safety and personalized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years of other acute care experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing Preferred.
• Completion of orientation per policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features a modern design with advanced technology and amenities for emergency care. With 29 private treatment rooms, a providers' station, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner, our facility is well-equipped to provide exceptional care to our patients.
