Job Description
TPC Twin Cities, a private par-72, 7,513-yard golf course in Blaine, MN, is looking for Outside Operations staff to provide exceptional service to members and guests. Serving as the first point of contact, this part-time role involves greeting visitors and assisting with their golfing needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at the club.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent education and previous customer service experience. The role demands physical activity and the ability to comply with safety regulations. Flexibility is necessary as the work schedule will be based on business levels. Travel is not expected and there are no direct supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Assist members and guests with their golfing needs
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Ensure the golf car facility is clean and orderly
- Perform periodic car maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain the practice facility and replenish balls
- Assist with members' and guests' departure from the facility
- Enforce club rules and policies
- Undertake special projects or duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Working Environment
Exposure to various outdoor weather conditions and physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required. Compliance with safety and health regulations is essential.
