Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Friendship Village, a premier Life Plan Community in St. Louis. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, perform treatments, and maintain documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a positive attitude towards customer service, and a genuine interest in geriatric care.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and leadership to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independent lifestyle.
- Implement individual care plans based on healthcare goals and assessments.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas.
Requirements
- Current State of Missouri Registered Nurse license.
