Job Description

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dialysis team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities and Physical Demands

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis care to clients
• Renders professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process
• Directs and supervises other team members
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest care standards
• Ensures secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and procedures
• Requires frequent and prolonged standing and bending

Education Requirements and Position Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
