Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare facility in Baltimore, MD. As a part-time Staff Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients at our Renal Dialysis Program. Working day shifts with weekend commitments, you will offer state-of-the-art care and clinical direction to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse range of patients, including those with complex medical needs.
- Supervise and coordinate clinical activities for a shift of patients in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills to enhance patient care delivery.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with a desire to lead and mentor others.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with healthcare-specific applications.
