Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing urgent and innovative care to end-stage renal disease patients, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes and improving their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care for a variety of renal disease patients
- Offer clinical direction to staff members
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted)
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care
- CNN or CDN certification preferred
- Supervisory experience desired
