Renal Registered Nurse - Grace Medical Center

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. The position requires a compassionate individual who is competent, proficient, and committed to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in the dialysis clinic for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
• Provide clinical direction to staff members and ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
• Supervise and support the clinical care team to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification required; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn Grace Medical Center specific applications.
