Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center's Renal Dialysis Program. As a Staff Nurse on our team, you will provide innovative and urgent care for end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for clinical patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
• Supervise staff members and provide clinical direction during shifts.
• Ensure prompt and state-of-the-art treatment for dialysis patients.
• Strive for professional growth and improved patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license required, Compact Licensure accepted.
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med-surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
