Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care for a shift of patients following healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members to ensure quality care delivery.
- Strive for continuous professional growth to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment programs.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with specific settings preferred.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification is a plus.
- Supervisory experience desired; willingness to lead and supervise is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and relevant software applications.
