Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part-time with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients, delivering state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for providing clinical direction to staff members and clinical patient care according to healthcare policies and guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is focused on professional growth and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care for a variety of complex patients.
- Offer clinical direction and patient care for a shift of patients.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and guidelines for patient treatment.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills in renal nursing.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
