Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and competent Renal Registered Nurse to join the Grace Medical Center Renal Dialysis Program. This program offers innovative treatment for end-stage renal disease patients, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis services. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing state-of-the-art care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and patient care for a shift of patients according to healthcare policies and regulations.
- Expand knowledge and skills while improving patient outcomes.
- Supervise staff and ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with (12) months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
