Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health. The Renal Dialysis Program at Grace Medical Center provides state-of-the-art care for end-stage renal disease patients, offering both chronic and acute dialysis treatments. As a Staff Nurse in our program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patients. This part-time position with a weekend commitment offers a day shift schedule from 5:00am to 1:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to staff members.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and professional growth.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med-surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Grace Medical Center specific applications within 60 days of employment.
