Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, a part-time position with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the Renal Dialysis Program, providing urgent and innovative treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, offering care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent clinical patient care for a shift of patients in line with healthcare policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and supervise as needed.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills for improved patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification required; CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired; willingness to supervise necessary.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
