Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will be part of our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. Your responsibilities will include caring for complex patients, improving patient outcomes, and providing clinical direction to staff members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and state-of-the-art care to renal disease patients.
• Provide clinical direction and patient care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with a focus on med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired, with the ability to lead and supervise effectively.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
