Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competence in caring for complex patients, continually seek professional growth, and provide exceptional clinical care in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for a shift of patients in the Renal Dialysis Program.
• Ensure adherence to Grace Medical Center's Healthcare Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, as well as regulatory standards.
• Supervise staff members and contribute to the development of a warm and welcoming patient care environment.

Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license, with Compact Licensure accepted.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and specific applications within 60 days of employment.
