Job Description
Join our team at Grace Medical Center as a Renal Registered Nurse. As part of our Renal Dialysis Program, you will provide innovative and urgent care for end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. This position involves clinical direction, patient care, and upholding healthcare standards to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care to a variety of complex patients.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, regulations, and guidelines.
- Strive for continuous professional growth to enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
