Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will provide urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients, ensuring prompt and compassionate care in a clinical setting. This part-time position requires a weekend commitment during the day shift.
Responsibilities
- Deliver state-of-the-art care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.
- Provide clinical direction to staff members and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
- Strive for professional growth and improved patient outcomes.
- Supervise and support colleagues in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with a focus on med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specific applications required.
