Residential Treatment Support Staff (Men's Residential)

Job Description

Willamette Family, Inc. is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Residential Treatment Support Staff for our Men's Residential Substance Use Treatment facility. As a Support Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance, care, and transportation to clients in substance abuse treatment services. You will be part of a longstanding substance use treatment and behavioral healthcare provider that strives to support our community.

Location/Shifts

Carlton House - Men's Residential Substance Use Treatment

Full-time Graveyard, WED-SUN (11:45p-8a) - Benefit Eligible

Part-time Graveyard, SAT-MON (11:45p-8a)

Full-time swing shift, SUN-THUR (3:45p-4p) - Benefit Eligible

Compensation: $16.00/hr, with an additional $0.50 per hour differential for Graveyard shifts

Requirements

• High school/GED completion
• Valid Driver's License and Clean driving history (for some shifts and locations)
• Background Check
• Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC)
