Job Description

We are currently hiring Warehouse Workers for a full-time position at Slumberland Furniture. Join our team for 4-day shifts, Monday to Friday, with no weekends required! The role involves merchandise movement, customer service, training, and safety practices. If you are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team.

Primary Objective & Scope of Position

This position focuses on storing, moving, and distributing products efficiently. You will lead by example, provide training, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe and organized facility.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize merchandise for space efficiency.
• Handle customer orders accurately and manage inventory records.
• Provide training to other employees.
• Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Maintain safety practices to prevent damage and ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, with basic knowledge of math and computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate tools and hardware.
