Job Description
Slumberland Furniture is currently seeking Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at $17 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise movement using forklift operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate order processing.
Primary Objective & Scope of Position
- Store, move, and distribute product efficiently.
- Provide training and leadership to other employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Move and condense merchandise to optimize space.
- Manage inventory flow using POS system.
- Ensure accurate order processing and maintain inventory records.
- Provide training to colleagues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain safety protocols and a clean, organized warehouse.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of tools and hardware.
- Valid driver's license and basic computer skills.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
