Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare, sort, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic, communication abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and physical requirements.
