CHILD CARE TECH | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Child Care Tech to provide top-quality infant and childcare services for the children of our employees and medical community. As a Child Care Tech at Campbell County Health, you will work under the guidance of the Child Care Manager to create a nurturing and safe environment for children. Currently, we have openings for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a daily program tailored to children's developmental stages.
• Maintain accurate records of children's activities, feedings, and overall well-being.
• Adhere to childcare standards set by regulatory bodies and CCH policies.
• Engage in departmental activities, continuing education, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for children.

Qualifications

• Education: Early Childhood classes or experience working with children are required.
• Experience: Prior experience is preferred, with a minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to relate well with children and families, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and basic computer knowledge.
