Job Description

We are currently looking for an Academic Instructor to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. As an instructor, you will be responsible for conducting academic classes, helping students achieve educational goals, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage academic classes.
• Ensure student achievement in assigned subject areas.
• Promote a positive classroom atmosphere for maximum student motivation.
• Integrate applied academic activities into curriculum.
• Maintain student records and report student progress.
• Assist in completing necessary Job Corps forms.
• Ensure classroom security and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified to teach in the state of employment.
• Preferred experience in teaching disadvantaged youth.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Physical ability to meet job requirements.
