Job Description
APM, a non-profit organization in Philadelphia, is seeking an On-Call CUA Case Manager Supervisor to join their Community Umbrella Agency team. As the Supervisor, you will oversee the On-Call Case Management Team's activities, providing direction, training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This full-time position involves assigning on-call duties, reviewing case activities, training staff, and monitoring performance to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the On-Call Case Management Team to promote the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Review and assign case activities, recommend operational improvements, and collaborate with agency officials.
- Screen after-hour calls, dispatch staff for emergencies, and provide support for case managers.
- Train and develop case managers, attend court hearings, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Establish trusting relationships with families, attend meetings, and contribute to program enhancements.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work with at least 2 years of experience in human services, preferably in child welfare.
- Strong communication, organizational, clinical writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
