Salary Range: $17.39 - $23.40 per hour

Overview:
The Member Service Representative at GreenState Credit Union plays a key role in providing quality, responsive, and professional member service. This position serves as the front line to members, embodying the credit union's commitment to excellence, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Credit Union Service Standards.
• Demonstrate a positive member service focus.
• Support diversity and inclusivity.
• Assist with member transactions and account services.
• Educate members on products and services.
• Maintain accurate records and balancing.
• Participate in community service activities.

Qualifications:

• Interpersonal skills and high energy.
• Knowledge of deposit products and regulations.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Vice President/Branch Managers.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
