Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Concord, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and supporting healthcare providers in delivering quality services.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support healthcare providers in patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Promote patient independence and establish care goals.
- Monitor and adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in a nursing home setting.
- Registered Nursing degree and current RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification and TB test within the last year.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
