Key Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal appliance performance.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, address concerns, and provide repair advice.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and update the internal database accurately.
• Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for efficient repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical systems and appliances.

Requirements
