Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager

Job Description

The Ted Britt Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in securing each sale and ensuring the successful delivery of vehicles. As the F&I Manager, you will be responsible for protecting gross profits, establishing strong lender relations, generating additional income through insurance sales, and maintaining all necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Protect gross profit by arranging financing and maximizing sales margins.
• Establish and maintain relationships with finance sources.
• Generate additional income through insurance sales and service contracts.
• Maintain control over all paperwork involved in vehicle transactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of financing and insurance options.
• Train sales staff on finance and insurance benefits.
• Attend managers meetings and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or related experience, excellent communication skills, mathematical proficiency, and AFIP certification. This position requires a professional appearance, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and office management.
