As a senior executive, you will oversee all branch operations, including equipment sales, rentals, and aftermarket services. Responsibilities

• Manage branch growth with full profit and loss accountability.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring equipment uptime through exceptional service.
• Lead daily sales activities, evaluate performance reports, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and competitors.
• Maintain awareness of best sales practices and technical equipment needs.
• Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate the team and build customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred.
• High School diploma with extensive industry experience may be considered.

Work Environment
