Indigo Real Estate, a premier property management company and affordable housing operator, is seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to join our expanding team across multiple locations. As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee tax credit paperwork, ensuring compliance with affordable housing program requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process Tax Credit certification paperwork.
• Generate monthly compliance reports.
• Update Yardi software with property details.
• Conduct audits on property files and leasing activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tax Credit and affordable housing programs.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.
• Knowledge of Yardi Rentcafe products is advantageous.
• 2+ years in a compliance-focused role in property management.
• High School Diploma, driver's license, and automobile insurance.
