Position Title: Compliance Manager (Multi-Location)

Indigo Real Estate, a premier property management company and affordable housing operator, is seeking a meticulous Compliance Manager to join our expanding team across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the thorough review and processing of Tax Credit certification paperwork, ensuring compliance with affordable housing program requirements and maintaining adherence to Indigo standards, affordable housing regulations, and Fair Housing laws. Additionally, this role involves generating monthly compliance reports, updating property details in Yardi software, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and process Tax Credit certification paperwork.
- Generate monthly compliance reports.
- Update property details in Yardi software.
- Conduct audits on property files and leasing activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tax Credit or affordable housing programs.
- Experience with YARDI Voyager, WBARS, or equivalent systems.
- Familiarity with Yardi Rentcafe products is advantageous.
- 2+ years of experience in a compliance-focused role within property management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Pay Range: $30-35 per hour (+ bonuses) based on experience.
