Construction Account Executive

Job Description

The Construction Account Executive at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through business development activities. Collaborating closely with property owners and managers, you will develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services for properties affected by disasters. This role involves overseeing sales, revenue, profit margins, AR & collections, near-term opportunities, business development, estimating proficiency, customer satisfaction, and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in restoration or construction sales.
• Construction estimating expertise, Xactimate knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong project management and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Business ethics, integrity, and autonomy in work environments.
